高级精磨抛光砥石（PVA抛光轮）PVA Grind wheel
由磨料与特种结合剂粘合而成。富有弹性，抛光性能强且具有一定的磨削能力，能较快地把粗糙表面抛磨成光亮表面减少抛光工序。在削磨时产生热量低而不烧伤工件，广泛应用于不锈钢制品、铜合金、大理石、手表壳、软金属和电镀制品抛光。代替布轮、粘轮提高抛光质量和效率。特点：PVA海绵抛光砂轮采用特殊合成树脂，加强其耐磨力和磨削力，由天特殊气孔的存在，可迅速排除磨屑，不发生填塞及发热现象，避免发热烧伤工件，适于长时间研磨工作。结合剂柔软具缓冲性，在研磨面上不留深疵纹。适用范围:PVA海绵抛光砂轮用以研磨不锈钢、铝、铜、铁、木材、宝石、大理石、玻璃、电大尿素制品及皮革等。
