砂轮的购买是个学问，购买不恰当，会造成很多问题。具体的讲有几种表现（举例）：
The procurement of grinding wheel is an art, buying improperly will cause many problems. Specifically speaking，there are several phenomena( for instance):
1.砂轮应该选用P硬度的砂轮，结果买了K级别的，本来一片砂轮用3天，结果只用了1个小时，灰尘大，消耗快，成本高，强度不足，安全事故；
Hardness P of grinding wheel is expected to use, but you buy hardness K, the result is a 3-days-life grinding wheel will be consumed in one hour.
2.砂轮应该选用K硬度，结果买了Q硬度的，砂轮不掉砂，工件发黑烧焦，不下铁，出不来活；
Hardness K of grinding wheel is expected to use, but you buy hardness Q, causing the sand of grinding wheel is not easy to get off, work piece surface get burned, no filingsoffand lowefficiency.
3.应该选用80目粒度的砂轮，结果买了24目的，工件表面划痕沟纹粗糙，达不到要求的光洁度要求；
Grit 80 is expected to use, you actually bought grit 24, causing the work piece surface rough, scratch and is not in accordance with the fineness degree requirement.
4.砂轮应该选用40m/s的树脂砂轮，结果买来35m/s的陶瓷砂轮，构成重大安全隐患，砂轮机开动造成砂轮爆裂炸飞。
It’s expected to choose an resin bonded gringding wheel which highest speed is 40m/s, but you choose a ceramic grinding wheel which highest speed is 35m/s. It may cause grinding wheel crack and explode and consequently occur potential safety hazard.

Our product passed by ISO9000 and ISO14000 certifications, all products shall be manufactured as per double national standard GB/T2485-2008 and JB/T4175-2006. All process flows, material selection-material collection-material mixture-material placement-molding-kiln placing-drawing- parallel processing-hole treatment-encircle processing- speed testing-performance test-packaging, shall be charged by specific person. 四：生产周期、付款、包装及发货

Less than 5 tons, goods shall be delivered within 3 days;

签订合同后，
1.全款预付，30%定金后货到付款（可承兑）

It’s expected to fulfill payment after signing the contract as per follows:
- Domestic client: all paid before shipment, or 30% prepaid and pay off after receiving goods( DA draft is acceptable )
- Overseas client: L/C and TT
根据客户需要，包装为草绳包装和纸箱包装两种，商标根据客户需要粘贴砂轮表面，内附合格证及产品说明书，1吨以上货物全程托盘打包运输，送货上门。
As per requirement from client, package may either use straw-rope or carton. Brand mark may labeled or non-labeled, each package have an certification and product illustration. We use pallets package and deliver goods to the customers for goods above 1 ton.
