安全操作规程：

3、开机前，严禁携带手表、手镯、项链等饰品，袖口要系紧，长发须束好，禁止穿拖鞋。清除机器上面和周围杂物，不容许有任何物品放置在进料口上，做好个人的防护工作。
4、本机不准加工过小或过大的工件，工件的进给速度和加工量要根据具体情况确定好，不要超速开机，不要在加工量过大的情况下开机。
5、决不使用带划痕或裂缝的砂带。安装砂带前，应确保各工作辊表面光滑，无污物和压痕，确认砂带运转方向和砂带背面标记一致；安装砂带后，检查砂光装置，应锁紧牢固。
6、设备运转中不得打开安全门，不准随意触摸升降工作台。
7、设备在运转和设备未完全停止运转前，操作者不得擅自离岗。
8、修理和检查调整部件时，必须关闭电源，在停机时进行
